This covers are generally produced from cold-rolled uncoated thin plates in thicknesses from 1.5mm to 3 mm. In case of extremely aggressive environmental conditions (e.g. aggressive cooling lubricants), corrosion-resistant stainless steel (SS202 & SS304) plates may also be used. We design and manufacture new Telescopic Guarding from 3D Cad Design through to manufacture and installation to meet all Machine Tool applications no matter how complex covering all types of Machine Tooling irrespective of the original Telescopic Guard manufacturer.
